Returns & Refunds
Everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- The following items cannot be returned: Final Sale items (clearly marked), Underwear & lingerie, Swimwear (if hygiene liner is removed), Customized or personalized items
- Shoes: Must be returned in original boxes, placed inside protective packaging.
We offer a free 15-day returns service—just follow these steps to get your refund as quickly as possible:
- Log in to your account, or if you checked out as a guest, click Returns & Refunds and enter your order number and email address.
- Request your return by finding the order and clicking Return Item(s), then select each item you wish to return and choose a reason from the dropdown.
- After we review and approve your return request, you’ll see a prepaid shipping label (PDF + QR code) in your Orders & Returns area. You can either print the PDF and affix it to your package, or show the QR code on your phone when you drop off the package so staff can scan it and print the label for you.
- Take your labeled package to the nearest Vestir partner location or courier drop-off point. Postage is prepaid, so there’s no cost to you.
- Ask the drop-off staff to scan your label or QR code, then monitor the return’s progress on your Orders & Returns page.
- Once we receive and inspect your items, we’ll process your refund within five business days and send you an email confirmation the moment it posts.

Domestic Returns:
A flat return shipping fee of $XX will be deducted from your refund OR you may use your own shipping label.
International Returns:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vestir.co with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will prioritize resolving the issue swiftly, either via replacement or full refund.
Final Sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. These will be clearly marked at checkout and on product pages.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated requirements.
- Refunds will not be issued for items returned without prior authorization.
- Repeated returns may result in account review or restrictions.
