SHIPPING POLICIES & INFORMATION

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability for your country will be confirmed at checkout.
Note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or freight forwarding addresses at this time.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During peak times (e.g., sales, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $500 (CAD); otherwise, fees are calculated at checkout.
- Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost (shown at checkout).
All shipping fees (including any promo/free shipping thresholds) are shown clearly during checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment.
You can also track your order anytime on our upcoming Track Your Order page using your tracking number and email address.
Tip: If you created an account with us, you can log in to track your orders from your account dashboard.
- Canada & USA: All applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout and included in your order total. There are no additional duties or fees at delivery.
- International Orders: Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included at checkout and may be collected by your local customs agency upon delivery. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We ship most international orders using Canada Post. Please note: Canada Post does not offer prepaid customs clearance, so any duties and VAT will be billed directly by your local postal or customs service.
You are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, or fees imposed by your country’s regulations.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of customs fees, we will refund the item(s) cost minus original shipping charges once the package is received.
