How to Shop & Place an Order

- Once completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email shortly after.
No, you can place an order as a guest without creating an account. However, registering an account lets you track orders easily, view past purchases, save your shipping details, and enjoy faster checkout in the future.
You can modify or cancel your order within two hours after it's placed. Immediately contact our customer support team with your order number and specific request.
After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications as your order may already be processed.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable due to unexpected demand, we’ll contact you immediately via email.

Delivery, Duties, and Taxes
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. You can confirm shipping availability at checkout.
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
- Canada & USA: All applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout and included in your order total. There are no additional duties or fees at delivery.
- International Orders: Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included at checkout and may be collected by your local customs agency upon delivery. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
We ship most international orders using Canada Post. Please note: Canada Post does not offer prepaid customs clearance, so any duties and VAT will be billed directly by your local postal or customs service.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days from delivery for eligible items in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
We offer a free 15-day returns service—just follow these steps to get your refund as quickly as possible:
- Log in to your account, or if you checked out as a guest, click Returns & Refunds and enter your order number and email address.
- Request your return by finding the order and clicking Return Item(s), then select each item you wish to return and choose a reason from the dropdown.
- After we review and approve your return request, you’ll see a prepaid shipping label (PDF + QR code) in your Orders & Returns area. You can either print the PDF and affix it to your package, or show the QR code on your phone when you drop off the package so staff can scan it and print the label for you.
- Take your labeled package to the nearest Vestir partner location or courier drop-off point. Postage is prepaid, so there’s no cost to you.
- Ask the drop-off staff to scan your label or QR code, then monitor the return’s progress on your Orders & Returns page.
- Once we receive and inspect your items, we’ll process your refund within five business days and send you an email confirmation the moment it posts.

Yes, certain items like underwear, swimwear, customized, and sale items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable.
